"This fund will let you invest in Uber or Spotify before they go public"

An article released by The Telegraph explains how a new investment​ company plans to give Brits and others the chance to back Silicon Valley’s most high-profile companies, which obviously includes our best friends Uber, before they go public. 

The problem is as it stands Uber has no chance going public. They are losing money left, right and centre so are losing the support of the big backers. Before going public you need to have a stable business to sell too. Uber don't have the have that with hundreds of law suits against them and new ones appearing daily.
