Some Uber Customers Will Pay More So Drivers Can Buy Injury Insurance
It has been reported on Buzz Feed, that Uber drivers can now take out the option to buy insurance that covers getting injured during the ride. Uber will be charging their customers in eight American states an extra 5 cents per mile to cover the costs for personal injury insurance as part of a pilot program.
