Weekly London traffic update 29/6/17

West London 

From 09:00 tomorrow, Friday 30 June, until 16:00 on Sunday 9 July, there will be temporary traffic lights in place on Wood Lane at the junction of Du Cane Road. This is for traffic signal works.  

Knightsbridge From 05:30 on Saturday 1 July until 18:00 on Sunday 2 July, Sloane Street will be closed in both directions between Knightsbridge and Basil Street. This is for a crane operation. 

Wimbledon The Wimbledon Tennis Championships take place between Monday 3 July and Sunday 16 July 2017. Details of the special arrangements in place for taxi and private hire vehicles while the tournament is taking place are provided in this notice Wembley From 15:00 until the end of the day on Thursday 29 June, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July, roads around the stadium will be busier than usual, including A406, Harrow Road and Wembley High Road. This is due to events. Finsbury Park From 22:00 until 23:15 on Saturday 1 July, roads in the Finsbury Park area will be busier than usual. This is due to an event. Seven Sisters Road will be closed between Hornsey Road and Green Lanes and Stroud Green Road will be closed between Upper Tollington Park and Seven Sisters Road. Central London From 21:00 until 23:45 on Friday 30 June, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July, and between the same times on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday next week, Park Lane, between Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch and the eastbound slip road from Knightsbridge to Hyde Park Corner may be closed. This is for events. Central London  From 07:00 until 19:00 on Sunday 2, 9, 16 and 23 July, Regent Street will be closed between Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street and Mortimer Street and Oxford Street. This is for events. Central London From midday until 20:00 on Saturday 1 July and from midday until 18:00 on Sunday 2 July, Trafalgar Square will be busier than usual. This is due to events.
