TfL emails published alleging 'Tip-off' culture with police and data manipulation

The United Cabbies Group have published FOI emails relating to regulators Transport for London where it is claimed that the Met Police 'tip-off' the regulator in advance of any data going public.

The data sourced by the proactive taxi group The Real LTDA, relates to last years 32 allegations of rape or sexual assault against Uber drivers in London. Since this email the figure has rose to 48, a 50% increase. 

A further email also questions how the data could be watered down for the public consumption.
