Uber pays £7.4m fine to lift month long suspension.
Uber was suspended two weeks ago for allegedly defying a moratorium on accepting new drivers.
Manilas Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Sunday said the £7.4m fine was based on the remaining 19 days of the suspension order multiplied by Uber's average daily income.
