New electric taxi only ranks to be formed

Taxi drivers buying the new TX eCity or any other new EV taxi will receive access to new green taxi ranks. 

The new rank space being looked at centres around prime locations in London's financial district. Lloyds Banking Group and Macquarie Group are just two of those planned according to Bloomberg . 

The rank space will include new charge points so that drivers can top up whilst they wait.

The plans will be seen as a strategy to reduce air-pollution within the square mile and also act as an incentive to taxi drivers looking at buying the new taxi.
