LEVC TX taxi gets the Autocar seal of approval

Last week Autocar test drove the new LEVC Taxi around London and gave the vehicle its seal of approval.

There have been several criticisms aimed at the vehicle by drivers,  who after all are the customers here. Predominately, the eye-watering £55,599 price-tag for a vehicle with a 15 year life-span has been brought into question,  as well as the potential degradation of the battery and the cost to replace that battery.

There are some huge plus points however, such as the 145 bhp powertrain, a potential 400 mile range as well as the internal technicals that hugely benefit both driver and passenger, which have been snaffled from Volvo, LEVCs sister company.
