Gett takes a dig at Uber in new campaign

Perry Richardson

The black cab app Gett have taken a cheeky dig at minicab firm Uber following it loss of licence in London.

The new campaign, out today, centres around Transport for London's decision to remove Uber from the streets of the capital using the term not "fit and proper".

Gett will hope that the new billboards seen at bus shelters and stations across London will help highlight the gold standard quality the trade has to offer and quicker journey times.

According to Campaign Live, Matteo de Renzi, managing director of Gett UK said

"As more people question the credentials of London’s transport providers, we wanted to remind customers that Gett offers an unparalleled experience in the capital,"

"Our trained drivers pride themselves on quality and providing a quick and efficient journey, deemed fit and proper by all."
