TfL raise "one or two issues" regarding the details of Uber's licence

London transport regulator TfL have highlighted "one or two issues" around the details submitted by Uber during a hearing concerning the controversial firm's loss of licence in the capital.
Martin Chamberlain, the lawyer acting on behalf of Transport for London said: "The decision letter says, well, there are one or two issues about the extent to which the information given to TfL was correct,"
"That is one of the points that the decision is based." He added according to Reuters.
The hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court concentrates on administrative matters before Uber’s appeal starts on 25th June over a five day period according to Judge Emma Arbuthnot.
Taxi and private hire groups, LTDA and GMB respectively, have also had their requests to be included as “interested parties” accepted. This means they are now able to access documents and could make submissions to be heard at the hearing.
