SMASH: Police car and Uber marked minicab collide in Leeds City Centre

Emergency services were called to Leeds City Centre on Wednesday evening after a crash involving a police patrol car and a Uber marked private hire vehicle.

The silver minicab with Uber signage on its doors was pictured alongside a heavily damaged West Yorkshire Police car at the junction of the Headrow and East Parade.

According to news source YappApp, the incident happened at around 8.30pm on Wednesday evening and caused heavy disruption in the area.

According to reports, officers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
