Rapist who posed as a private hire driver to lure his victim is still amongst the UK'S most wanted men

In a bid to help the nation's police forces, charity, Crimestoppers UK, launches regular appeals to find some of the UK's most wanted criminals.  


Among the latest appeal is a Rezgar Zengana, a man whose raped an innocent woman who entered his vehicle thinking he was a minicab driver. 


Predator Rezgar Zengana was convicted of raping the 25 year old female he picked up while posing as a private hire driver in Glasgow. 


He lured his victim into what she thought was a minicab and drove her to an unknown private dwelling where he raped her. 


ZENGANA was convicted of rape at the High Court in Glasgow on 6th June 2008. He failed to appear for sentencing on 4th July 2008 and remains at large.  


ZENGANA, who also is known to go by the names; Abdul QADAR, Rusheer AHMED, Syed WAQ and Ali KERMIN, is believed to now be in either the Netherlands or Turkey.  


ZENGANA is approximately 6'0" and of Middle Eastern appearance, with brown eyes. He was born in Iraq in 1983.
