Ethics Policy

The main purpose of this policy is to preserve the neutrality and independence TaxiPoint stands for and the integrity it provides in all aspects of its content. Every partner at TaxiPoint is expected to read these rules carefully and abide by them. All of our business partners are subjected to complying with all aspects of this policy. All new partners are required to read this policy before taking on their positions. The matters addressed in this code are important, so any violation of rules within the areas covered below is considered serious enough to require disciplinary punishments, including dismissal from the position depending on the severity of the violation.

Any TaxiPoint partner that is violating any part of this policy or has witnessed another business partner doing so, should raise the matter immediately. All inquiries in this aspect are going to be kept discreet in order to protect the personal rights of partners.

Writers who cover news should not play the market, meaning they can not conduct in any kind of estimations with personal interest or information. This could create exploitation of information that is not publicly declared. Team members who contribute to TaxiPoint covering similar subjects are also subjected to this rule.

TaxiPoint partners are not allowed to make deals with third parties on behalf of TaxiPoint in return for positive news content or advertorials. It is not allowed for anyone other than partners managing advertising and marketing to make deals using the company name. TaxiPoint partners can not be associated with media channels other than our own for as long as they are associated with our company.

Good judgement, privacy, and professionalism are the main ideals to stick with when posting on the website and on other social media channels. TaxiPoint is an online company that addresses a large number of multinational followers. Every post should be thought of to the last detail as every post goes out to global audiences. Perception is a very important part of this process and we expect everyone who is part of the TaxiPoint to act accordingly with common sense at all times. Posts should be non-partial and neutral at all times. They are expected to keep their content and posts in compliance with the company policy and be respectful, unbiased, and authentic. Avoiding inappropriate, violent, and biased content is a must for all outlets connected to TaxiPoint.
