Uber take action against attorney
Uber have set out a legal case against the attorney who has spent the last 4 years heading an A-class action lawsuit against them. Uber look to challenge Shannon Liss-Riordan on grounds of willfull misconduct, accusing her of using confidential information found in court documents to solicit business.
