Benchmark Capital sues Travis Kalanick for fraud
Benchmark capital are pulling no punches in their war with former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick. The venture capital firm are suing Travis for fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. The complaint was filed earlier today in Delaware Chancery Court.
