Uber being sued by Uber for giving Uber a bad name

Don't panic, you've not just woken up in the twilight zone, and yes this is in fact a real story. 

Uber operations, a cloud providing company, and nothing to do with Uber tech, are sueing Uber tech for tarnishing it's name of Uber operations. Confused yet? Well not to worry, you're not alone. 

All you need to know is Uber tech have another law suit heading their way. Yee ha!

They claim one count each of federal statutory trademark infringement, common law trademark infringement, and common law unfair competition. They also ask that Uber Technologies' trademark be invalidated.
