Russian taxi driver may have killed as many as 100 passengers

Police in Russia fear that an Armenian taxi driver may have killed as many as 100 passengers in the Moscow area.

Vaagn Karapetyan, 29, is suspected to have drugged and stole from his passengers before killing them according to local police reports.

The police believe that the taxi driver offered water or alcohol to customers which contained a drugging agent.

Police in Moscow raided the drivers house and found a host of watches, mobile phones and other possibly stolen goods.

Karapetyan is now in custody as the case is investigated further.
