Video footage:Uber driver drags passenger along the road in Chelmsford Essex
Shocking footage has emerged showing the moment an Uber driver drags a man down a road while he hangs from the vehicles rear door before falling to the ground. The incident took place at around 12:35am on Sunday January 7th in Chelmsford Essex. Witnesses said they saw the "light-coloured" Toyota Prius pull away from a group of people with one half inside the car. Essex Live have managed to get hold of the footage.
