London cabbie sets sights on title fight later this year

London Taxi driver, Dean Richardson, returns to the ring on Saturday 2nd March as he looks to close in on titles. The light-middleweight will be in a 6 round bout at York Hall, Bethnal Green, in the hope of setting up a shot at the Southern Area title later this year. Richardson last boxed on 13th October, winning a shutout points victory and extended his record to 8 wins out of 8, with 5 knockouts. This will be Dean’s second fight under new trainer Gary Logan, and the pair hope to pick up their first belt together in the very near future.
