Derby welcomes the launch of mytaxi as licensed taxi app continues growth
Europe’s biggest taxi app, mytaxi, today announces its launch in Derby, and to celebrate, is offering 50% off all trips until the middle of March. With the cab firm promising pick-ups in under 5 minutes, and licensed taxi hailing now available at the push of a button, Derby locals looking for a ride will find it easier and quicker than ever before. Working with local licensed taxi drivers who know the city like the back of their hand, the launch will not only bring skilful cabbies, but also fast, reliable and safe travel.
Supporting and promoting local licensed taxi drivers is fundamental to mytaxi as the business seeks a central role in Derby’s transport system. While the launch will not only provide faster and more efficient travel to users throughout the city, it will also enable better connections further afield – with the app already live in Nottingham.
