Uber driver arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol following Old Traf

An Uber driver has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a crash in Old Trafford according to Greater Manchester Police sources. 

Police were called to the scene of the crash, involving a white Toyota Avensis vehicle which had Uber advertising stickers on the side and bonnet.

Officers confirmed that no injuries were sustained, but the driver of the Uber car was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Another vehicle was involved in the crash but further details are yet to be released. Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.
