Britain's Got Talent finalist Kojo Anim releases hilarious "Take me to five pound" tra
Born in Ghana, Britain's Got Talent star Kojo Anim grew up in Hackney, East London. During his hilarious audition on the hit TV show, Kojo made reference to taking a ride in one of London's iconic black taxis.
The laugh-out-loud set was a hit with the judges and subsequently earned him Simon Cowell's golden buzzer.
Now the father of one has released a tongue-in-cheek rap track named after his "take me to five pound" punchline.
Speaking directly to Taxipoint, Kojo said: "We all love London taxis, but we can't help but stare at the meter during the trip worried if we have enough to get us to our destination."
He went on to add: "I hope all you taxi supporters enjoy the track and I can't wait to travel in taxis between tours and crack jokes."
He has also announced dates for his new up and coming stand up tour, with a final gig being held in his childhood borough of Hackney.
Kojo Anim Presents The Taxi Tour will take place in 25 venues, starting at Birmingham’s Alexandra Theatre on Thursday 6 February. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday.
