Woman arrested for spraying substance in taxi driver’s face

A West Midland’s taxi driver was today sprayed in the face with an unknown substance by a woman.
Police officers were alerted to an incident this morning where a man, believed to be a taxi driver, was sprayed in the face with an unknown substance in Millmead Road, Weoley Castle.
According to West Midlands Police, the man suffered some minor irritation to his eyes, but it was established the substance was non-hazardous. A 51-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assault and taken into police custody for questioning.
