ARREST MADE after woman was raped in a white Toyota Prius in London

A man has been arrested on suspicion of rape after a police appeal to find him.
A 36-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, 12 April after attending a north London police station. He remains in custody at this time.
The incident was reported to have happened on Thursday, 7 April in Wormwood Scrubs, W12.
A woman reported she had been assaulted in a vehicle and police appealed for the public’s help.
Initial reports from a number of sources had suggested that the driver may have either been a licensed private hire driver or posing as one to lure in his victim, although police are yet to confirm either claim.
