A licensed black cab was pulled over by police officers in central London for running not one, but two red lights.

The driver was issued with a Traffic Offence Report (TOR) for the misdemeanour.

A City Police Officers spokesperson said on social media: “1 red light will get you stopped. 2 red lights will guarantee a TOR.”
