BLIND DRIVER: Police question motorist’s ‘thought process’ after spotting six-foot window blind
Police stopped a motorist in Manchester after they were spotted driving with a SIX FOOT long metal pole hanging horizontally out of the front passenger seat window.
The long silver window blind extended far enough to reach pedestrians walking on the pavement and prompted police officers to wonder about the ‘thought process’ from the driver of the black Mercedes-Benz.
A GMP Traffic spokesperson said: “Traffic PCSO’s came/ across this vehicle this afternoon.
“Thought process from the driver? Obviously thinking that it would be safe to have a 6' metal blind hanging out of his front window.
“Advice given.“
