Bolt partners with Searchable to track its visibility in AI answers

Bolt has partnered with AI visibility platform Searchable to track how often AI-generated answers recommend its ride-hailing and Bolt Business services, and identify opportunities to improve their visibility against rival apps.
The partnership covers five markets across three continents. Searchable will give Bolt’s content team market-by-market data on how often the company appears in answers to questions such as booking an airport ride or finding a low-cost route across a city.
Bolt plans to use Searchable’s recommendations to shape content intended to increase the likelihood that AI platforms mention its services. The announcement did not name the five markets or disclose the value or duration of the partnership.
Aleksandr Komolov, content strategist at Bolt, said: “What sets Searchable apart is the way they work with customers. They don't just give you a tool and leave you to figure it out. They genuinely care about your success. The platform is intuitive, the pricing is transparent, and the team is constantly improving the product at lightning speed. We really appreciate that approach,"
The agreement covers Bolt’s ride-hailing service and Bolt Business, which provides travel services for companies. Searchable chief executive Chris Donnelly said the partnership would support Bolt’s presence in AI answer engines as the company grows.
Searchable’s head of go-to-market, Harris Reed, said: “Bolt is used by millions of riders, and a growing number of them now ask AI chatbots how to get around before they ever open an app. Their team were quick to recognise how much of that demand runs through AI answers, and we're excited to help them respond to more of what their customers are asking on a global scale.”
The announcement cited OpenAI data showing ChatGPT is used by more than 1.2 billion people each week. It also said product and service research is the fifth most common work task among US ChatGPT users.
Searchable says it works with more than 3,000 brands across 10 AI engines. The company reports that it has tracked more than 180 million AI answers, drawing on more than 2.3 billion sources.
