CCTV image issued after a couple ran from a taxi without paying in Staffordshire

Staffordshire Police have issued the CCTV image of a man they want to identify after a couple ran from a taxi without paying the fare.
Officers were called following the incident after the driver dropped off a man and woman in Colville Street, Fenton, on 19 November.
Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact Staffordshire Police by sending an email to resolutioncentre@staffordshire.pnn.police.uk quoting crime number 21200084564.
