Police in Lancashire have released CCTV images of people they wish to speak to after 20 taxis were damaged.

Around £140,000 worth of damage was caused to cabs belonging to Avacab in the early hours on Thursday morning.

A Lancashire Police spokesperson said: “We were called to Avacab on Bison Lane in the early hours of Thursday 16 February to reports offenders had entered the yard and caused significant damage to vehicles.

“We appreciate that these images aren’t the best quality, but we are confident that someone may be able to identify the people in them and we would ask for those people to contact us.

“If you have any information, please call 101, quoting the log number 0134 of 16th February or email.”
