Close Brothers Asset Finance appoints Sales Director to National Accounts & ESG team

Close Brothers Asset Finance have announced the appointed of Tony Sapsford to the role of Sales Director for the National Accounts & ESG team in the Transport division, as it continues to adapt and diversify its offering as part of its commitment to meet customers’ changing requirements.

Sapsford has three decades’ transport asset finance experience, having worked in manufacturer finance as well as some of the leading funders in the UK, developing portfolios and building books.

Sapsford said: “The transport landscape is going to change radically over the coming years, which presents great opportunities. I believe Close Brothers Asset Finance and the National Accounts Transport team can be at the forefront of developing the types of solutions our customers are going to be looking for to help be successful over the long term.”
