Concerns for missing man last seen travelling to Birmingham city centre in a taxi

West Midlands Police have made a public appeal for a man feared missing in the Birmingham area after he was last seen taking a taxi into the city centre.


Basiru Folarin, aged 39, was seen at his flat in Erdington at 5pm 11 August, but took a taxi to Birmingham city centre a short time later.

Mr Folarin is black, 6ft 3ins tall with a medium build and short black hair.


Police officials have circulated a photo and have appealed for help finding Folarin after raising concerns for his mental health and wellbeing.
