DOORS OPEN! The Taxi Insurer welcomes customers back to its Birmingham Hall Green office


Following COVID-19 lockdown easing measures, The Taxi Insurer has announced customers can now once again visit their Hall Green office in person to discuss their insurance needs, as well as on the phone. 


Since last week, customers have been able to visit the office and the taxi insurance specialist has instigated a number of safety features, to provide reassurance for staff and customers, including the installation of Perspex screens at the front desk. 

Dave Sweeney, Operations Manager at The Taxi Insurer, said: “During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have continually monitored the situation to ensure the wellbeing of our team. Currently we have a number of our UK based call centre staff working from home, as well as now in our Hall Green location.


“Many of our customers prefer to talk through their insurance requirements face to face, so we’re pleased to once again be able to offer them that choice. We’re advising people to make an appointment ahead of time to avoid inconvenience.”
