Driver of London minicab and passenger ran from crash scene after colliding with car carrying kids

The driver of a London private hire vehicle and their passenger were seen fleeing a crash scene after their minicab smashed into another car which was carrying two young children.
The incident has been highlighted by the Metropolitan Police via their MPS Specials Twitter account.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Yesterday West Roads Policing Team officers came across this collision on A243 outside CWOA.
"The driver and passenger of the minicab ran off after the collision with the Land Rover which had two young children on board.
"Fortunately, no one was injured but enquiries continue re the other driver."
