Dublin drink driving cabbie arrested with a passenger on board

A Dublin cabbie has been arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol, after being stopped by police.
The unnamed driver was pulled over with a passenger on board by Dublin Castle Roads Policing Unit, who conducted a roadside breath test on the driver.
Officers for the force confirmed that the driver failed the test and was subsequently arrested.
A Garda Siochana used their official Twitter account to highlight the incident, saying: "Dublin Castle Roads Policing Unit were conducting a checkpoint on Watling Street when they stopped this taxi with a passenger on board.
"The driver proceeded to fail a roadside breath test. The driver was arrested. Proceedings to follow."
