FREE LONDON ZOO TICKETS: Taxi drivers rewarded with free family passes this summer
ZSL, the Zoological Society of London, is once again opening their doors to thank all the hardworking black cab drivers, concierges and tourist information staff who have given directions to London Zoo over the years.
The society invites these "Voices of London" to visit the London Zoo free of charge for two weekends in June. The dates available to cabbies include Friday 16 to Sunday 18 and Friday 23 to Sunday 25 June 2023.
Taxi drivers and other special guests are invited to explore the attraction, which is home to nearly 15,000 animals, including leaping lemurs and endangered Sumatran tigers. Visitors can also face their fears in Europe’s only spider walkthrough. Throughout the day, there will be a full schedule of live animal talks and feeds, and visitors can be transported to Africa, India, or the Outback – all in the heart of the capital city.
There are only a limited number of tickets available and those interested should visit the ZSL website to claim their tickets as soon as possible.
It is worth noting that the promotion is only valid for Black Cab Drivers (not private hire vehicle drivers), Concierges and Tourist Centre Information Staff. Those ordering tickets will need to validate their e-ticket by bringing there green or yellow black cab driver badge.
Free entry for the event is limited to a maximum of 2 adult and 2 child tickets per person.
