Horsham taxi drivers pay final respects to colleague in special funeral cortege

Cabbies in West Sussex paid their respects by turning out in huge numbers for a much loved colleague's funeral.

Domingo Mancini, also known as Mick to fellow taxi drivers, recently sadly passed away after working as a taxi drivers in Horsham for around 45 years.

Due to COVID-19 distancing measures taxi drivers were unable to attend the popular driver’s funeral. Instead several cabbies formed a long funeral cortege to honour their former colleague.

Mick’s colleagues followed the route from his Horsham home to the Surrey and Sussex Crematorium on Monday 4 May to pay their last respects.
