Karhoo hires Vanessa Heydorff as new Chief Commercial Officer

Karhoo, a global mobility exchange platform for taxi and private hire fleets, has announced the appointmentof former Booking.com Managing Director for Western Europe, Vanessa Heydorff (pictured), as its Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Based in Paris, Vanessa brings over 15 years’ experience of managing international commercial teams within the travel industry and specialised knowledge in expanding international tech companies at a time of accelerating growth for Karhoo.

During her tenure at Booking.com, Vanessa led a 500+ team which was responsible for the company’s operations across Western Europe. Prior to Booking.com, Vanessa was Vice President of Global Sales at AccorHotels, a company she worked at for over 7 years.

In her new role, Vanessa will be responsible for the Karhoo business development team, with a mission to develop its portfolio of large B2C corporates (travel and hotel operators, loyalty programs, OTA/OBT and MaaS platforms) and Corporates who entrust Karhoo to provide a seamless mobility offering to their clients and employees.

Vanessa joins the executive management team alongside Co-CEOs Boris Pilichowski and Nicolas Andine, CTO & CIO Bill Wilkins, Group Finance Director Gary Ambrose and Global General Counsel and Company Secretary Winston Green.
