Patons Insurance secures Feefo platinum status again for customer service

Patons Insurance has retained its Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo, marking the seventh consecutive year the broker has been recognised for customer service performance based on verified client feedback.
The 2026 award continues Patons’ “exceptional” rating on Feefo, following platinum wins in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Platinum status is reserved for businesses that achieve Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years, demonstrating sustained high customer ratings.
Patons first achieved Feefo gold recognition in 2020, 2021 and 2022, which led to its initial platinum award. The broker has since maintained gold-level performance annually through to 2026, meeting the criteria for ongoing platinum accreditation.
Feefo’s Trusted Service Awards are determined solely by customer reviews submitted through the platform, rather than panel judging or self-nomination. Feedback cited by Feefo for Patons frequently references staff approachability, responsiveness and clarity during the insurance process.
