Polar network to introduce new loyalty programme for its subscription members

The Polar network is introducing a new loyalty programme to its subscription members.

The Redemption Rewards Scheme will allow members to redeem Polar points for special rewards, including a free month of membership or retail vouchers.

The aim of the new rewards scheme is to offer a more accessible and beneficial loyalty programme, allowing more customers to benefit from collecting Polar points. The Polar network remains one of the only public charging networks offering a structured loyalty programme for customers.

From 1 November, all Polar Plus and ChargeNow members will be able to visit the Polar network or ChargeNow website to redeem their points for the following rewards:

  • Retail vouchers. This will be based on 1 pence per Polar points, so 1000 points = £10

  • A free month of Polar Plus/ChargeNow membership for 500 points. This will be added in the form of £7.85 credit added to the member’s account

Rewards can also be redeemed via the Polar Plus app; which can be found in the Rewards section.

The new Redemption Rewards Scheme will replace the Polar EV Experience, which came to an end on 1 November.

The collection of Polar points will remain the same as with the previous loyalty programme, with members collecting 10 points for every 20+ minute charge in a different town/city each month. Existing Polar points will remain on customer accounts and can be redeemed immediately through the Polar network or ChargeNow website.
