POLICE APPEAL: Taxi driver assaulted in Redhill Surrey

Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses after a taxi driver was assaulted in Redhill on the morning of Friday 3 December.


The incident took place around 8.40am in The Arcade near McDonalds.

The suspect then ran off towards the alleyway opposite Redhill train station.


He is described as Black, 5 ft 10 tall, of a medium build with a goatee beard and wearing black clothing.


The police are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time, or who has any other information, to come forward as soon as possible.
