Greater Manchester Police have named two men charged with murdering a taxi driver in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
Connor McPartland (DOB 29/6/2001), of Oldham, and Martin Treacy (DOB 07/06/2003), also of Oldham, have been charged with murder.
Both men have been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court today (18 November).
Shortly before 5am on Saturday 30 October officers were called to a report of an assault along Queensway in Rochdale.
Police arrived and enquiries established that a taxi driver - a male aged 39 - had been seriously assaulted.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries. He sadly passed away in hospital on Sunday 14 November.
