Police seeking Hull cabbie alleged to have knocked female cyclist off bike causing fractured pelvis

Police are looking for a Humberside taxi driver alleged to have knocked over a female cyclist, fracturing her pelvis as a result.

Humberside Police officers are appealing for the driver of a taxi to come forward, following the alleged collision between a bike and taxi, where a woman was knocked off her bike as she turned onto Lansdowne Street from Anlaby Road in Hull.

The collision happened at approximately 7am Wednesday 2 December.

According to police sources the woman was taken to hospital with a fractured pelvis as a result of the reported collision.

The taxi did not stop at the scene of the accident, although officers think the driver may not be aware of the collision occurring. Police officers stated they would ask the person who believes they may have been the driver involved to contact them.
