Swansea man killed after the e-scooter he was riding collided with a parked car

The family of a man who died after a collision between his electric scooter and a parked car have paid tribute to him.


Julian Thomas, aged 55, from the St Thomas area of Swansea tragically passed away at the scene of the collision which happened at about 12.10am 20 September, in Baglan Street.

His family have issued the following tribute: "He was dearly loved by his children Darran, Kelly and Heulwen, his grandchildren, sister, brothers, nephews and all his friends, which there were so many. He was a quiet unassuming man who would help anyone. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him."

South Wales Police are asking anyone with information about the collision to contact them via 101 quoting occurrence 2000344039.
