Taxi collides with lamppost leaving the driver in a critical condition following a 'MEDICAL EPISODE'

Humberside Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision on Main Street in Hutton Cranswick, which happened at 11am on Monday 25 October.

A Ford Journey green and white taxi left the road and collided with a lamppost.

The driver is thought to have had a medical episode at the wheel and has been taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

Anyone who saw the collision, or the vehicle prior to the incident that has not already spoken to the police, is asked to call their non-emergency number 101 quoting log 152 of 25 October 2021.
