Brighton taxi drivers are being left infuriated and frustrated as cabbies from the capital continue to leave unattended vehicles on their ranks, despite warnings by local enforcement.
A number of Transport for London (TfL) licensed hackney carriage taxis have now been pictured parked on working ranks along Brighton's seafront.
The latest one, which has been highlighted on Twitter by Andy Peters from Brighton and Hove Cab Trade Association, shows a black traditional London taxi parked and left unattended at the front of a rank.
Mr Peters wrote: "Another London cab using our taxi rank in Brighton for private parking. These are OUR ranks for working taxis... Not for dumping vehicles on causing obstruction. Parking enforcement on the way."
This is now the fifth occasion of a London taxi being pictured left on a working rank in Brighton. The previous one reported was a new electric London taxi which was allegedly left on a working rank for a whole day.
