A motorist has been reported for a number of offences after officers from London's City Police witnessed him driving with two badly damaged tyres.
Both tyres on the nearside of the silver Citroen Picasso car were completely shredded down to the wheel.
Further investigations found that the driver had no licence or insurance to drive.
A spokesperson for City Police, said via their official Twitter account: "The driver of this vehicle thought it was ok to drive his vehicle with 2 shredded tyres.
"He also had no insurance and no licence. Reported for all offences and another vehicle seized."
