Two men in possession of Heroin have been charged with the robbery of a Plymouth taxi driver
Two men have been arrested after a taxi driver was allegedly threatened and robbed in Plymouth.
Officers from Devon & Cornwall Police division were notified of an alleged robbery which happened on Tuesday 16 June at around 6.30pm.
A taxi driver had picked up two men before the alleged robbery took place in the vehicle. The two men then left the scene.
A search was then carried out by officers.
Jack Pester-Johns, aged 19 and from Plymouth, was charged with robbery and has been remanded in police custody.
Sam Clark, aged 36 and from Kings Tamerton, Plymouth, was charged with attempt robbery, acquire/use/possess criminal property and possession of a controlled drug of Class A – Heroin.
He has been bailed to appear before Plymouth Magistrates' Court on 13 August 2020.
