Perry Richardson

An appeal was launched this morning against TFL's decision to not renew Uber's license. The papers were lodged at Westminster magistrates court. Uber can now continue to operate throughout the entire appeals process. A hearing is likely to take place on 11th December. As reported in the the Guardian an Uber spokesperson said "While we have today filed our appeal so Londoners can continue using our app, we hope to continue having constructive discussions with Transport For London. As our new CEO has said, we are determined to make things right"
