Flying sea taxi given the go ahead in Paris; London next?

The Mayor of Paris has gained backing for a zero-emission sea taxi to be allowed on the River Seine despite operating over the speed limit. The hovering SeaBubbles river taxis has been given the green light and is likely to be appearing on the Seine in Paris next year after local river authorities gave the go ahead for them to be tested. SeaBubbles need to reach a minimum speed of 18kph for the boat to rise up on to their hydrofoils and skim across the river at speeds of up to 30kph. The current speed limit is set at 12kph meaning the the proposed sea taxi will travel more than double the speed limit set.
If successful other cities may follow suit in an attempt to cut pollution and congestion currently rising in many cities.
