Police hunt Banbury taxi knifeman

Police are hunting a man who threatened a cabbie with a knife after he was driven from Banbury to Daventry.

The incident, took place on Saturday, March 3rd  at around 5am. The cabbie had taken the attacker from Broad Street,  Banbury to Collingwood Way, Southbrook, Daventry.

Upon reaching the destination the passenger then produced a knife and robbed the driver. 

The attacker is white, mid 20s, slim and approximately 5ft 9 tall. 

Police have released an E-FIT and have asked that anybody who recognises the persons in the E-FIT to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
