A taxi driver from Oldham was tasered and robbed by passengers late Sunday night.  The driver, a 42-year-old man who wishes to remain anonymous, was attacked by two men in their 20's one of which shocked the driver with a taser from the rear seats. The passengers demanded the taxi drivers cash and keys at 10.30pm on Sunday night after asking the two men to pay for the fare upfront.

This is just the latest attack in the area after months of violent incidents targeting taxi drivers.
